All packages are shipped fully-insured. We are not responsible for packages once they have been accepted by the USPS. If the tracking information says that your package has been delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact your local post office and also check with your neighbors.
For international orders, please note that your order may be subject to taxes, duties, or import fees. Items will be listed as "3D Printed Brackets" on customs paperwork and actual values will be reported. Packages returned due to unpaid fees will be forfeit.
We do not accept cancellations and, due to the nature of our items, we are not able to accpet returns. If you received the wrong item, or have a problem with your order, please reach out to us immediately. If you ever have a problem with one of our parts, we will supply replacements for a small shipping charge.
