All packages are shipped fully-insured. We are not responsible for packages once they have been accepted by the USPS. If the tracking information says the package has been delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact your local post office and also check with your neighbors.
Due to the nature of our items, we are not able to offer returns. If you ever have an issue with one of our parts, please reach out to us. In most cases, replacements can be supplied for a small shipping charge.
